Anyone who drink more of juices and cold drinks instead of water, it can put them at risk for tooth decay. One should have minimum 2 litres of water in a day to stay hydrated and prevent tooth decay.
Forgot a Toothbrush While Traveling?
Going for trips or a vacation can be really exciting and enjoyable. When one is packing for their vacation, it’s quite possible to forget something, which can be as simple as a toothbrush. Lot of Kids and adults too enjoy chewing Ice in summers as it keeps them cool and it’s something fun. But dentist strictly prohibits chewing Ice, as it is very hard to damage the tooth enamel, which is the outer layer of the teeth that protects the softer materials inside. If you really want to enjoy Ice, pour some in water or any drink.
