Anyone who drink more of juices and cold drinks instead of water, it can put them at risk for tooth decay. One should have minimum 2 litres of water in a day to stay hydrated and prevent tooth decay.

Forgot a Toothbrush While Traveling?

But dentist strictly prohibits chewing Ice, as it is very hard to damage the tooth enamel, which is the outer layer of the teeth that protects the softer materials inside. If you really want to enjoy Ice, pour some in water or any drink.
